The terms wood furniture and plastic furniture describe the design represented by each L1A1 SLR model. In this context, “furniture” refers to external parts such as the stock, handguard and pistol grip.Both versions are 3D printed in the same PLA material. The wood-furniture kit does not contain a wooden stock, and the plastic-furniture version is not made from a different type of material.The wood-furniture model represents the earlier wooden design, while the plastic-furniture model represents the later synthetic design and is supplied with a sight. Customers can paint and finish either version to create the appropriate appearance.
