Not necessarily. The kits are designed to be accessible to hobbyists of all experience levels - we're not talking Airfix models here. They are in large sections and easily assembled with the glue and wooden dowels we provide. You may need to trim the dowels a little and very gently sand some areas with fine sandpaper. They can be painted with DIY shop available spray paints. Remembering your days as a recruit and a little patience are pretty much all that’s required. Many customers find them both relaxing and rewarding to build.

Yes but not to everywhere. We no longer ship to the USA although Canada is fine, as are Australia and New Zealand. The majority of European countries are also covered. When you order, there is a dropdown list which defaults to "England". Select that and if your country is listed then we ship there. If it isn't, chances are we don't but please ask in case we've missed somewhere obvious.
